Return + Refund Policy
For crystals, you have 3 days from delivery to initiate a return; they must be returned in perfect condition. You are responsible for paying return postage.
If products arrive damaged, please contact me within 2 business days. You must keep all packaging until case is decided (crystals are sent with insurance + a claim will be filed) + provide pictures of the damage.
Organic Zen Meditation Blend, skin care + healing products are non-refundable due to their personal nature.
