Group sessions are an effective way to reap the many benefits of hypnosis, with the added benefit of the high vibration group energy. Group sessions cover a wide variety of topics, to be chosen before the session. For in-person events, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye covering and/or blanket to get comfortable. For online sessions, find a comfortable + quiet place to relax.  Have a pen & paper to jot your experience down.

Please read before registering. In order to ensure the integrity of the work, session payments are required at the time of scheduling & are non-refundable; however, they may be credited to a future date if you reschedule more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals cannot be accommodated for group sessions, as it disturbs the entire group. If you arrive late to an individual session, it will end at its scheduled time.
