For crystals, you have 3 days from delivery to initiate a return; they must be returned in perfect condition. You are responsible for paying return postage.

If products arrive damaged, please contact me within 2 business days. You must keep all packaging until case is decided (crystals are sent with insurance & a claim will be filed) & provide pictures of the damage.

If you don't provide those required items & the insurance claim is denied, you will not receive a refund.
